The Lahaul and Spiti district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh consists of the two formerly.  Apart from the exotic wildlife, the Valley of Spiti is also known for its wealth of flora . A Spiti valley is famous for its natural beauty and cultural heritage. Tabo monastery is one of the most prominent attractions in Spiti. The monasteries in Spiti are renowned for spectacular murals, ancient temples, and several stupas. We saw that Spiti valley at the height of 12, 500 feet above sea level is a cold desert mountain valley in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India.

Spiti is a beautiful incredible place for exploring Monasteries, Mad houses, Mummy, Flora and Fauna, you can visit in both summer and winter season. Spiti show it’s beauty on every season. Kaza is a big city of Spiti and hub of the monasteries there is total six famous place’s to visit in Kaza. 

Detailed Itinerary

Your days at a glance

Day 1: Arrival at Manali Base camp

  • Starting from Manali Base Camp, we begin on an unforgettable journey. Following breakfast, we will have an acclimatisation walk and take in the glory of the natural world.
  • Mountain Manners – Do’s and Don’ts, LNT(Leave no Trace), Tent Pitching, Team Building Activities and Backpacking.
  • Lunch and dinner are included in the overnight stay.

Day 2: manali, jibi, jalori pass, Rampur, stay at Rampur.

  • After an early morning breakfast and a packed lunch, we will travel via the Solang Valley to the Dhundi and hike for five hours to Bakarthach Trek
  • Lunch and dinner are included in the overnight stay.

Day 3: Rampur, sangla (Hindustan ka akhiri dhaba) chitkul.

  • After an early breakfast and a packed lunch, we will start the Bakarthach Trek and continue towards Beas Kund.
  • Beas Kund may be located 3700 metres from Bakarthach Trek.
  • Spending the night making memories during dinner

Day 4: sangla, kalpa, (suicide point) nako stay at nako.

  • Head towards the Manali base camp by vehicle
  • Spending the night with dinner and camp activities.
  • Camp Activities

Day 5: nako, geu, tabo, shankar, kaza.

  • Breakfast and departure

Day 6: kaza, highest post office , hikkim, langza, comik village, kaza.

  • Breakfast and departure

Day 7: kaza , chuchum bridge, (world highest bridge) losar , kunzum pass, chandertall lake, atal tunnel, manali.

Day 8: after breakfast departure.

Common Note:

Inclusion

Food: Wholesome and hygienic vegetarian food would be served. Special Jain/Swaminarayan food is also served if mentioned in the application form.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided in Alpine or Dome Style Tent on sharing basis. Boys & Girls accommodation will be separated. All tents are equipped with mattresses & sleeping bags.

Emergency kits: A basic equipped medical kit will be provided at the campsite. oximeter oxygen cylinder avail Forest permit and other charges

Instructor: Qualified experienced and Skilled mountaineering Instructor/guide, other helpful Staff and cook.

Certificate: A specially designed certificate will be issued to students who participate in all the activities & abide by all the Camp rules.

Exclusion

Food: During Travel, Adventure Activities Fees.

Backpack Unloading charges: Anyone who is not able to walk with their bags can hand over the luggage to the horses who will be present there at your cost.

Pick & drop point: Need to reach at Manali base camp from your location at your own expense and the trek will start from the Manali base camp only.

Note: Airport and railway station service will be arranged by us at an extra cost.

Mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack or backpack that is easier to carry and the backpack should not weigh more than 9 kg. Please do not bring plastic/polythene bags or any disposable items, ornaments, and other valuables. Binoculars and cameras are optional.

Cell Phones: Phones are allowed in the trek but not during the activities.

Terms and Condition

1. You can pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve a place.
2. The remaining sum must be paid 30 days before the excursion.
3. 30 days before the journey date, this trek must be confirmed.
4. Participants are accountable for covering any expenses resulting from changes in schedules brought on by severe conditions or unforeseen medical concerns.
5. You cannot transfer your bookings to another person; only the individual whose name appears on the confirmation will be permitted to travel.
6. Before the trip begins, the entire cost of the trip must be paid; else, your trip may be cancelled.
7. A valid government ID is required for boarding. We'll verify your identity before you board.
8. In any case, the client will not receive a refund for any included that they choose not to use. Travelers are responsible for looking after their luggage and personal goods during their trip; management will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items.
9. A set departure time will be provided. It is your responsibility to notify the trip coordinator of any updates to your status by the deadline.
10. We don't offer any insurance plans that would pay for costs associated with an illness, accident, theft, or any other cause.
11. In the event of a natural disaster, accident, equipment malfunction, weather-related illness, landslides, political closures, or other adverse event, we will not be held accountable for any delays, changes to the schedule, or costs incurred.
12. Changes to the schedule may be necessary due to a variety of reasons, including weather, road conditions, participant physical capacity, etc. We have the right to alter any schedule for reasons related to general welfare, comfort, and safety.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case, you wish to cancel the trek, please call us or you can mail us on  info@northenoutpostadventures.com
  • If you cancel 30 days before the trek, you get the full trek fee refund.
  • If you cancel Between 30 days to 15 days before the start date of the trek, you get a 90% refund.
  • If you cancel between 15 days and 8 days before the trek, you get a 50% refund.
  • The Trek fee is nonrefundable if you cancel within 7 days of the trek start date.
  • If a Trek is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as an earthquake, landslide, bandh, etc, We will issue a Trek voucher of the full amount valid for the next year.
